No one does gowns like Oscar de la Renta. This Dominican Republic born designer shows us elegance and every womans dream of ball gowns. With a back ground with Balenciaga, Lanvin and Dior, you can clearly see this designer was destined for success. de la Renta's always on the right track, I love me some Oscar.

God Save McQueen!!

I'd LOVE to marry Alexander Mcqueen. And when I heard his collection looked like the gangs of new york walked out of Sweeny Todd, I almost creamed my jeans. He's definitely my favorite designer. I wish I could have attended his show but instead I drolled over the pages of style.com.
Talk about an incredible designer, he always manages to impress me. Check out his spring 09... was AMAZING!!

Fashion Week 09 Fall/Winter

A taste of 09 Fall/Winter, where designer Elise Overland and Sekula Sinadinovski (design Coordinator) give us leather and color. From Leather leggings to purple leather blazers and 6 inch platform stilletos, the show was amazing.

An unusual but fitting presentation/runway. The designer incorporated a presentation like setting, where on one side the models sit, socialize and pose like a moving painting, then whip down the runway every half hour or so to show off the look.

This was my 3rd season at Elise and it only gets better. Kudos to the designer, I hope to see more.
